Its been a month or so since I purchased the home of my dreams. I still pinch myself to make sure it’s not a dream. I owe a great deal to you for helping me find, negotiate and close on this home.
Discovering you on the internet was truly a stroke of good fortune. I’ve been in real estate development for a long time and never really came across a ‘buyers only’ broker before. i decided to try your approach to buying after having just gone through a frustrating and unsuccessful offer on a open house i walked into. in the future i would not consider using any other process and would advise anyone purchasing a home to be represented only by a ‘buyers only’ broker. as i can now attest, its the only way a buyer can assure themselves of unbiased communication and negotiation with sellers.
initially, i did not understand why you needed time to prepare your ‘notebook’ when all i wanted to do was just look at property. what a surprise to discover that your notebook contains most of the information any analytical person such as myself could want when determining the relative value of homes i’m interested in. that notebook proved to be invaluable and an enormous timesaver, especially when we rushed to make a bid on what turned out to be my new home.
but the notebook was only one aspect of many that led to a successful closing. while many broker/agents claim to know their territory, i was truly impressed with your ability to advise, critique, and offer insight on over 50 homes we previewed in one weekend. i had such a long list of nearly impossible criteria, including price!!!!, yet you did not shy away from the challenge. and you steered me to a house that met all of them and more.
i know being from out of town and unfamiliar with the area also imposed even greater demands on you. but you never hesitated to investigate or do something totally beyond normal expectations.
during the offer/counter offer process, your persistence and professionalism helped us avoid a bidding war. in an industry constructed on conflicts of interest, it was also nice to observe your honesty and integrity in dealing with the seller’s broker on my behalf.

Amazing, I guess one word is good enough… However, since I have dealt with other Realtors and they were not a buyers only Realtor I have a good base for comparison. Suzanne was phenomenal .
